Yoga & Breathwork

Himalayan breathwork encompasses my yoga teacher training I undertook in Rishikesh India under Master Yogi Anand Mehrotra of Sattva Yoga. The pranayama (breathwork) uses ancient kundalini and tantra techniques to help shift your consciousness into a state of freedom and liberation.

I start my sessions with these powerful techniques to help guide you into a state of receptiveness. Together, we can then dive into the energetic body with spinal energetics.
